Remgro reported a 38.4% rise in HEPS to R14.09. The group declared a 344c ordinary dividend and a 200c special dividend. Headline earnings increased to R7.83bn, supported by stronger contributions from Mediclinic, OUTsurance, Rainbow, RCL Foods, and Heineken Beverages’ return to profitability, partly offset by weaker TotalEnergies Marketing SA and lower Momentum dividends. Intrinsic NAV rose 16.5% to R292.34 per share.
