Woolworths HEPS was down -26% to 268.1c for FY25, slightly above the guidance midpoint of 267.7c. Revenue rose 4% to R80.2bn, supported by 11% growth in Food (comparable store sales +7.7%) offset by a 5.4% fall at Country Road (-6.8% on a comparable basis). Adjusted for non-cash impairments at Country Road, HEPS declined -22% to 306.6c. FY26 outlook constrained, with Country Road & softer consumer demand to weigh on results. Dividend down -29% to 188c.
