Sabvest Capital’s NAV per share rose 18% year-on-year to 13,882c, while shareholders’ funds increased 15% to R5.22bn. HEPS declined 20% to 663c as total comprehensive income fell 22% to R251m, mainly due to weaker contributions from Halewood, SA Bias, and a sharp decline in Corero’s share price. The group continued to support investee acquisitions and bought back shares worth R69.3m, with net debt increasing to fund Valemount. Interim dividend up 14% to 40c.
