Sirius Real Estate expanded its UK portfolio by approximately 20% through a £101.1m acquisition of the Hartlebury Trading Estate, increasing its BizSpace platform to 8.3 million square feet and boosting revenues by 10% immediately. The estate, mostly industrial warehouse space with 84% occupancy, offers a 6.45% net initial yield and opportunities for income growth through asset management and development plots.
