ASP Isotopes (ASPI) has received approval for its secondary listing on the JSE, with trading expected to begin on 27 August 2025. ASPI’s move follows the completion of a scheme of arrangement with Renergen, which will see ASPI acquire all Renergen shares. ASPI will be listed in the Chemicals sector and the Speciality Chemicals sub-sector on the JSE.
