Pan reported a record half-year gold production of approximately 112,000oz for FY25H2, marking a 32% increase from FY25H1, though full-year production is estimated at 197,000oz, up 6% from FY24 but below the guided 205,000 to 215,000oz due to slower ramp-ups at the Evander underground subvertical shaft and delays in Tennant Mines’ filter press commissioning. The group’s all-in sustaining costs (AISC) for FY25H2 rose to US$1,525 to 1,550/oz from the previous US$1,450 to 1,500/oz guidance, and full-year AISC is now expected between US$1,550 & 1,575/oz, influenced by lower production and a US$25/oz loss from zero-cost collar hedges.
