Netcare revenue grew by 5.3% to R12.7 bn, with operating profit up 11.5% to R1.7 bn. Adj. HEPS gained 20% to 58.8 cents for the six months ended 31 March 2025. The company declared an interim dividend of 36.0 cents per share, a 20.0% increase, payable on 11 July 2025. Net debt (excluding lease liabilities) dropped 3.7%.
