The JSE imposed a public censure on Ms. Thabi Leoka, a former director of several listed companies, for misrepresenting her PhD in Economics from the London School of Economics. She was fined R500,000 and banned from serving as a director for five years. The companies above will be under serious scrutiny for their selection & psychometric testing processes.
