FY Results – Stadio reported an 11% revenue increase to R1.2bn, driven by an 11% and 8% rise in Semester 1 and Semester 2 student numbers, respectively. Core headline earnings rose by 18% to R176m, while basic core headline earnings per share increased 18% to 20.7 cps. Basic HEPS increased by 18% to 20.0 cps. EBITDA increased by 13% to R351m, and profit after tax rose by 36% to R186m. The Net asset value per share rose by 7% to 209 cps, and the final dividend per share increased by 89% to 8.9 cps.
