Delta agreed to sell Hatfield Forum East for R35m in cash. The disposal forms part of its strategy to exit non core assets and reduce debt. The property was last valued at R45.90m, with a 39% vacancy rate and annual net operating income of R6.9m. Delta also completed the transfers of In2Fruit and 88 Field Street.
