Aspen announced that Health Canada approved Aspen Semaglutide, its generic injectable semaglutide, for adults with type 2 diabetes. Commercial launch timing remains dependent on semaglutide active pharmaceutical ingredient supply from Dr Reddy’s Laboratories, which has disclosed temporary supply constraints.
