Hyprop plans to raise about R500m through an accelerated bookbuild, subject to acceptable pricing. The proceeds will fund acquisitions in Eastern Europe, development projects, and renewable energy investments, while supporting the group’s balance sheet. Hyprop reaffirmed guidance for distributable income per share growth between 10% and 12% for FY26, with the capital raise expected to support future earnings growth.
