Fairvest reported HEPS up 5.3% to 76.77c per A share and up 14.4% to 28.85c per B share for H1 FY26. Revenue increased 15.1% to R1.23bn, supported by resilient property operations and recent acquisitions. Like for like net property income grew 8%, vacancies remained low at 5.1% and rental reversions were positive at 5.7%. Interim dividends increased 3.1% to 71.82c per A share and 12.3% to 25.94c per B share, with FY26 B share distributions expected to rise between 11% and 13%.
