Invicta Holdings expects FY26 HEPS up between 0% and 2%, to between 535c and 545c. The modest growth reflects acquisition costs, amortisation and headline losses related to the Spaldings acquisition, which reduced HEPS by 33c. Excluding these items, HEPS would have increased between 6% and 8%, to between 568c and 578c.
