Spear’s distributable income per share was up 5.71% to 74.88c for the ten months to December 2025. Revenue excluding smoothing grew 21.59% to R674.5m, driven by acquisitions and strong operations. Headline earnings per share rose 2.77% to 74.94c. Management revised full-year FY2026 distributable income per share growth guidance upward to between 5% and 6%. Low vacancy at 2.84%.
