Grindrod appointed Kwazi Mabaso as CEO, effective 1 December 2025, succeeding Xolani Mbambo. Mabaso, currently CEO of Grindrod Terminals, has more than 24 years’ experience across mining, FMCG, rail, and maritime logistics, including senior roles at Transnet.
